Bangkok Bank approved that the dividend payment for the operating results of the year 2022 be paid at the rate of Baht 4.50 per ordinary share and resolved to convene the 30th annual ordinary meeting of shareholders on April 12, 2023.
Bangkok Bank President, Chartsiri Sophonpanich said the meeting of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited (the "Bank") No.2/2023 held on February 23, 2023, at which the Board had adopted the following resolutions. Approved that the dividend payment for the operating results of the year 2022, which dividend was derived from retained earnings, be paid at the rate of Baht 4.50 per ordinary share, totaling Baht 8,589,793,023.00, a part of which had been paid as interim dividend at the rate of Baht 1.50 per ordinary share on September 23, 2022; that the remaining amount be paid on May 12, 2023 at the rate of Baht 3.00 per ordinary share; and that with the record date for determining the shareholders who have the right to receive the dividend payment be April 24, 2023.
The Board of Directors' meeting resolved to convene the 30th Annual Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders on April 12, 2023, starting at 15.00 hrs. at the Bangkok Bank Building, 333 Silom Road, Silom Sub-district, Bangrak District, Bangkok.
The Board of Directors' meeting also appointed Mr. Phornthep Phornprapha, a member of the Board of Directors, as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective from February 23, 2023.
