Thai companies have embraced sustainable and balanced growth, and a number of them have been regularly selected as inclusions in the global sustainability indices including MSCI, FTSE and S&P Global. This indicates determination to drive the Thai capital market towards sustainability which is in line with the SET's vision "To Make the Capital Market 'Work' for Everyone".

Being the sustainability index's members will boost confidence of all stakeholders and enable them to be on investors' radar screen. Moreover, five Thai listed companies, which are AWC, CRC, SCGP, VGI and WHA, are recognized as Industry Movers for their remarkable development with a significant increase in sustainability scores from the preceding year."

S&P Global assessed sustainability of 7,822 companies across the globe and listed only 710 companies in the Sustainability Yearbook 2023, of which 37 were Thai companies, ranking the 5th highest number in the world.
