The Modern Thai Eatery concept of Greenhouse Restaurant has emerged in perfect symbiosis with the masterful menu curated by Chef Phongthorn Hinracha, also known as Chef Phong. His diverse culinary background, rooted in a Yala-based upbringing has inspired him to explore bold combinations of Sino-Thai and Malay recipes. Coupled with the growth of his culinary palate during time spent working for illustrious restaurants overseas, the one-of-a-kind five-course menu for price for THB 2,100++ per person or THB 3,000++ per person including wine pairing reflects his uniquely personal culinary development.
The meal is a celebration of fresh and authentic products transformed into comfortingly familiar dishes and novel taste experiences.
