The Great Room by Industrious, a global premium coworking space, is set to expand its second location in Bangkok at Park Silom this August 2023 through a partnership with award-winning landlord NYE & RGP Development Co., Ltd., a collaboration between Nye Estate Co., Ltd., and Minor International Public Co., Ltd (MINT). With its prime location at the epicenter of Silom Road that connects to BTS and MRT by skywalks (Saladaeng BTS station & Silom MRT), Park Silom is aiming for LEED Gold & WELL Gold certification. This is the first new development in Silom Road since the 1990s.
The Great Room Park Silom is located on the 29th and 30th floors of the building with access to a Sky Garden, wellness, restaurants, and retail stores in the same building. With a total floor area of over 3,500 square meters, it is the only coworking space in Bangkok that features a sky garden. The Great Room Park Silom has 59 dedicated offices, flexible work desks, and built-to-suit options for Enterprises. The event space spans over 780 square meters and includes Studios I & II, Stateroom and Circle for various configurations of Meetings, Townhalls, Trainings and Workshops training classes, brainstorming sessions, cocktails events for elevated engagement for tenants and the community on Silom Road.
