Krungsri (Bank of Ayudhya PCL) has announced the appointment of Mr. Bunsei Okubo as First Executive Vice President, Head of JPC/MNC Banking, effective from 12 May 2023 onwards.
Mr. Okubo has over 21 years of experience in finance and banking industry covering Japanese corporate banking of MUFG in Japan and the Netherlands. He could leverage his extensive experience, comprehensive knowledge, and expertise in entire management of JPC/MNC Banking to further develop and strengthen JPC/MNC Banking business planning and management in Thailand.
Mr. Okubo joined Krungsri in 2019 and promoted to Deputy Head of JPC/MNC Banking in 2021. Throughout the period of 4 years, Mr. Okubo has demonstrated his potential as a visionary leader. He has undertaken an important role of planning, managing, operation, credit and developing JPC/MNC Banking business to achieve exponential growth with outstanding performance especially in automotive and energy businesses.
Mr. Okubo graduated with a Bachelor of Economics, University of Nagoya, Japan.
