BOI joins forces with the Thai Subcontracting Promotion Association (SUBCON) and Informa Markets to organize "MIRA and SUBCON EEC 2023" to strengthen entrepreneurs in the eastern part of the country, underlining the region as "ASEAN's sourcing and manufacturing excellence and subcontracting center", as well as moving toward Thai industry transitional to the future industry aligned with the strategy to turn Thailand into a new economy. Mr. Narit Therdsteerasukdi, Secretary General, Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) revealed that Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) in collaboration with the Thai Subcontracting Promotion Association (Thai SUBCON) and Informa Markets, the world's leading international exhibitions organizer, organize MIRA (Maintenance, Industrial Robotics and Automation) and SUBCON EEC 2023 for the second consecutive years between September 6-8, 2023 at Nongnooch Pattaya International Convention & Exhibition Center (NICE), Chonburi. This is a comprehensive trade and service exhibition and industrial solutions event in Eastern Economic Corridor on Maintenance, Industrial Robotics, Automation, and Subcontracting leading brands. The event also displays industrial parts and the most comprehensive business matching forum in the eastern region to support the Thai manufacturing and service sectors to be ready for the transition to the future industry, in particular industries that are key to the eastern region such as electric vehicles, electronics, and intelligent manufacturing systems. More than 150 companies will participate in the exhibition, and expected over 100 large buyers, and achieve 600 pairs of business matching, - all of which are expected to create business value at over 2 billion baht, and a total of over 5,000 visitors.
