Locad, an end-to-end fulfillment service and cloud logistics provider, is launching a cloud supply chain service that helps grow omnichannel businesses by completely managing their fulfillment. Federico Leidi, the Country Managing Director of Mama's Choice based in Thailand, mentioned an issue they had faced in the past few days. "Our challenge was managing orders from various sales channels. We sell products on e-commerce platforms, social commerce, and our own website. So, we need a system that can consolidate orders from multiple channels."
However, with the functioning mechanism of Locad, tasks related to inventory and logistics have become immediately simplified. "Because we can track product movement and accurately, swiftly, and safely deliver products to end customers," he added.
The accuracy and speed in handling orders, packing, and preparing products for the next phase of delivery are rated at 99.9%. This indicates that Locad can manage orders for customers within 1 business day from the moment an order is received in the system.
According to the Thai E-Commerce Association, the e-commerce market in Thailand was valued at $23.4 billion in 2022, up 8 percent year-on-year, and analysts expect the market to reach $26.5 billion this year and $34 billion by 2025.
