Ms. Sireerat Corvanich (center to the right), Head of Credit Card Marketing Division, "KTC" or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, represented the company in handing over 12,275,112 baht to Ms. Punsiree Kunakornpaiboonsiri (center to the left), Managing Director of the Ramathibodi Foundation under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. The funds were collected from KTC credit cardmembers who jointly donated through the KTC online project through monthly credit card payments or the redemption of every 1,000 KTC FOREVER points into a 100 baht donation. The funds are in support of Ramathibodi Foundation's "The Impoverished Patient's Aid Project" and to help those in need and to build a happier society (KTC credit cardmembers are eligible to claim their donations for double tax deductions). The event was held recently at Ramathibodi Foundation Office, Rama 6 road.
Ms. Punsiree Kunakornpaiboonsiri, Managing Director of the Ramathibodi Foundation stated, "Ramathibodi Foundation under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn was founded from the determination to help patients at Ramathibodi Hospital who are unable to bear the burden of medical expenses to be given the opportunity to access great and efficient medical care. The foundation serves as a fundraising center to support the operations of the Faculty of Medicine at Ramathibodi Hospital. We have helped tens of thousands of impoverished patients annually. We also provide support activities such as the purchase of medical equipment worth over 1 billion baht to provide efficient and sustainable care for all patients at all levels."
