HOMA is extending its focus on community living with the opening of People and Mingle, two on-site F&B outlets that are open to the public and local community. People is a ground floor cafe that encourages guests to meet fellow residents, make new friends and tell their story. On the rooftop Mingle eatery & poolside is an all-day restaurant serving drinks, breakfast, lunch and dinner with the pool bar serving drinks and bites with sunset views.
HOMA Cherngtalay residents also enjoy fully inclusive access to co-working spaces, a fully-equipped gym, rooftop pool with 33 metre long swimming lanes, and membership to the HOMA community which includes weekly events and regular workshops.
"Our community has been a big part of our success at HOMA Phuket Town, where we arrange movie nights, football matches and pet meet-ups and much more, and we want to ensure we create the same environment for our guests and residents at HOMA Cherngtalay. In this property we are also opening two F&B outlets - People and Mingle - to make it even easier for people to connect and foster a deeper sense of well-being by knowing the people around them," said Luca Dotti, founder and Managing Director of HOMA.

HOMA is the first purpose-built multifamily residential complex in Thailand leading a global trend for sustainable, affordable and community living. Changing preferences are defining the rental market as office life is reinvented and there is greater importance on being sustainable. It is expected 65% of digital nomads will permanently work from co-working spaces or hotels, and 80% of young consumers will shift consumption to strictly sustainable products & services. According to recent analysis Thailand is the third most popular country for digital nomads.
"The ability to afford your own home has prompted many people to redefine home away from a long-term permanent base, and they are looking for more flexibility. Today's consumers are looking for a new meaning of living, and searching for places to live that provide comfort, while also creating a sense of community. By taking the best of hotel service, adding the benefits usually found in serviced apartments, and building a community around our residents we have created an attractive place to live for solo stays, couples, and families," said Luca Dotti, founder and Managing Director of HOMA.
