Conducted under the 'Agency RIGHT' concept, the gathering aimed to set the direction for achieving 2024 ambitions. The emphasis lies on recruiting new agents and providing systematic training for agent development, backed by comprehensive integration and support from all sectors.
At the event, Mr. Arsh Kaumi, Country Manager and CEO of Generali Thailand, shared insights into the 2024 management direction. He was joined by Mr. Somsak Uttasaereepong, Chief Agency Officer, who announced goals and outlined strategies to nurture sustainable growth for the agency team under the 'Agency RIGHT' strategy. This approach encompasses 'Recruitment' (R), focusing on selecting agents with the knowledge and skills to strengthen the team and enhance customer service. 'Infrastructure' (I) emphasizes supporting agents by fostering collaboration across various departments, such as marketing, product development, service delivery, operations, and more. 'Growing together' (G) underscores the significance of fostering agents' growth for sustainable success, enabling them to progress to management levels in sales and accomplish every desired goal. 'Habit' (H) encourages discipline and commitment to work, focusing on setting daily goals to achieve long-term objectives. Lastly, 'Training platform' (T) underscores Generali's commitment to building new knowledge for representatives at all levels, following world-class international curriculum learning standards. Meanwhile, Ms. Chorfa Yuktanun, Chief Marketing and Customer Officer of Generali Thailand, emphasized the Customer FIRST concept and outlined marketing plans to support agent channels in offering products that align with customer needs and services that better cater to their requirements. The ultimate objective is to become a Lifetime Partner to our customers. During this occasion, the senior management team joined in conveying encouragement to agents from all over the country, motivating them to prepare to move forward and achieve their annual goals.
Additionally, guest speaker 'Pang' Kanokwan Kannikar, Advisor in High-Valued Service & Experience Design, was invited to deliver an inspirational speech to Generali Life Assurance agents on the topic 'Right Attitude: Cultivating a Mindset for Success.'
