KBank Private Banking has partnered with EQT Partners to offer a new private equity fund. The semi-liquid fund allows investment on a monthly basis while redemptions can be requested every quarter, after an initial investment lock-up period of just 18 months. The fund will be made available to clients of KBank Private Banking on 13th May 2024, who will be able to benefit from the proven approach that EQT's institutional clients have benefited from for over three decades.

The new semi-liquid fund ? titled K Global Private Equity or K-GPEQ-UI ? is an open-ended fund, available to ultra-high net worth individuals. Through a single investment, individuals will be able to access EQT's diversified range of global investment strategies, focused primarily on high performing private equity strategies and value-added infrastructure. EQT's investment strategies focus on investing behind high-growth, long-term themes such as healthcare, technology and digitalization, the energy transition, and more. Following an initial 18 month lockup period, additional investment is permitted monthly while redemption of investment units is allowed on a quarterly basis. The minimum initial investment is also accessible at 500K Baht
