These exclusive dishes are exclusive to Don Giovanni and guaranteed to leave a lasting impression. There's a salad of glass noodles, asparagus florets, and herbs served with salmon and white asparagus drizzled with seafood sauce. There's also white asparagus and truffle ham served with Italian-style zabaglione sauce, Cream of white asparagus soup with garlic shoots and crispy tiger prawn, Rib-eye steak with white asparagus and pink peppercorn sauce, and much more besides.
