Blue Elephant Elevates Authentic Thai Cuisine

The Blue Elephant Group, headed by Master Chef Nooror Somany Steppe (3rd from left), showcased their innovations and new products at the recent THAIFEX-Anuga Asia 2024, a premier culinary trade show of the Asia Pacific region, recently staged at Impact Muang Thong Thani. The Group's 2024 theme, deeply rooted in "Thai-ness", focuses on authenticity and aligns with Thailand's "soft power" campaign, which aims to enhance the kingdom's international profile through its gastronomy. Amongst the new Blue Elephant products, distributed through Blue Spice Co., Ltd., the manufacturing arm of the Group, are Phad See Ew Cooking Set, baked Thai Fruit Chips, Thai Premium Curry Meals with plant-based protein options, and Phad Krapao (Holy Basil) Sauce.
