Chef Roberto Gonzalez Alonso has masterfully crafted a menu that traverses the vibrant landscapes of Spain's cuisine. Main courses offer a variety of sumptuous dishes including Tuna Loin with tomato chutney, Crispy Pork Belly "Torrezno" with paprika mashed potato, Beef Cheeks in red wine stew with black trumpet mushroom puree, and Crispy Chicken Roll Flamenquin with ham and Tetilla cheese.
