Generali Thailand joins in celebrating Pride Month, a month of pride in gender diversity (LGBTQIA+). Moving forward to support the inclusivity, the company organized the 'Pride & Love Seminar,' inviting one of the most iconic celebrity couples to share their views on equality and love stories, encourage self-esteem for all genders, and embrace differences. This event reinforces the values of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, which Generali has always held in high regard.
The event was attended by Ms. Saifon Khongjitngam, Chief Human Resource Officer of Generali Thailand, who shared ideas on implementing diversity-focused policies and managing organizations. This included reinforcing the organization's commitment to valuing personnel, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), ensuring that all staff can showcase their full potential without bias, and working towards the common goal of self-respect, happiness, and generating innovative ideas to benefit colleagues, customers, and society at large.
As part of the Pride Month activities, a special guest couple, renowned actors "Porsch - Apiwat Apiwatsayree" and "Arm - Suppatyu Pranartkul," who have been together for over 17 years, were invited to share their experiences and perspectives on gender diversity within society. They shared their love story, obstacles faced as an LGBTQIA+ couple, and insights on navigating life amidst societal diversity. The event was held at Gen Square, Generali Thailand's Head Office in CRC Tower.
