Saha Group has partnered with Tokyu Corporation to establish "Saha Tokyu Property Management" to venture into the property management business in Thailand. The initial projects include KINGSQUARE Community Mall and KingBridge Tower, with plans to expand into other projects in the future. The company aims to become a leader in excellent property management in Thailand.
Ms. Suthida Jongjenkit, President of Saha Pathana Inter-Holding Public Company Limited, stated that Saha Tokyu Property Management Company Limited was established through a joint venture between Saha Group and Tokyu Development (Thailand) Company Limited, with a share ratio of 51% to 49%. The company will operate property management businesses in Thailand to provide the highest quality services and efficient property management to ensure customer satisfaction. The responsibilities include building maintenance, space management, rental management within buildings, and marketing to add value to the projects.
"This collaboration combines Saha Group's understanding of customer and user needs in Thailand with Tokyu Development (Thailand) Company's expertise in property management. We are confident that the company will be able to offer quality services that meet customer needs," said Ms. Suthida.
Mr. Hirohisa Fujiwara, Director and Senior Managing Executive Officer of Tokyu Corporation, mentioned that Thailand has significant growth potential in the real estate sector, with continuous project developments and a demand for quality property management services. Saha Group is a major developer of numerous real estate projects in Thailand and requires a partner with expertise in property management to ensure efficient project development. Previously, Saha Group and Tokyu Corporation collaborated on a real estate project for Japanese residents in Si Racha, Chonburi. Drawing from this shared experience, we established Saha Tokyu Property Management Company Limited, beginning with managing KINGSQUARE Community Mall and KingBridge Tower, a rental office building, before expanding to other projects in the future.
"With over 60 years of property management experience through a subsidiary, overseeing various types of buildings in the Tokyu group's Shibuya district such as Shibuya Hikarie, Shibuya Stream, and Cerulean Tower, and buildings along the Tokyu railway line, we will bring our expertise to manage real estate projects in Thailand. This includes management and outsourcing services such as walkway and road maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, advertising, and signage operations. Additionally, The company will manage shuttle bus services, as well as communication with neighboring communities and planning joint activities in the area," Mr. Hirohisa Fujiwara stated.
