Executive Italian Chef Bruno Ferrari brings Sardinia's famous cuisine - inspired by the island's rustic and hearty flavours - to delight Volti's patrons, including Octopus Salad, Sardinia Pasta, Roast Suckling Pig, and the beloved dessert "Seadas', fried ravioli filled with Pecorino cheese, drizzled with honey.
