Trendy Home, the Home Building Center and the subsidiary of Landy Home, the parent company with more than 36 years of experience in introducing unique experiences in Thailand, cements its positioning of "Beautiful Home, High Quality, Value for Money in Long Term" under the concept of "Trendy Home - Live in Trend", unveiled its half 2 strategy focusing on 3 target customers including "Family Builders", "Retiring Elders", and "Customers with Limited Space" with one-stop services that serve the needs of each stage of life with innovations of smart living. The goal is to achieve 600-million-baht revenue in 2024 despite slow market momentum.

Ms. Phattra Maneerattanaporn. Director of Marketing and Product Design of Trendy Home stated that "In the first half of 2024, Trendy Home deployed the marketing strategy and designing homes that fit to the requirement of target customers while delivering high quality. There are various designs of homes that justify value for money in long term. The focus was on 3-8 million-baht homes. There were numbers of complements from the customers on the beauty, quality, and construction standard with the use of high-quality materials and innovative building technologies as well as 20 year warrantee and after sale services with the same standard as Landy Home reflecting the commitment to build homes for customers at all ages and lifestyles. These are the main reasons that we have experience business growth in the first 2 quarters of the year despite home building market slowing down. Currently, Landy Home, the parent company, has registered capital of 200 million baht and has delivered over 8,000 homes. The company sets the target to achieve 600 million baht revenue within this year which would be the growth of 33.33% from the previous year".

In the second half of this year, the company is focusing on delivering variety of home designs with more than 200 designs with functions that serve the needs and lifestyles of home buyers and trendy design. We utilized "Customer Data Analytics" to learn the preferences of our customers in 3 key groups including "Family Builders", "Retiring Elders", and "Customers with Limited Space" driving the growth in smaller house segment to reflect economy slow down where customers prefer to build house on their own land. These customers demand value for money with solid home foundation from high standard materials that they can live for a long time. Furthermore, customers also prefer 100% loan so they prefer homes that are long lasting while are flexible to adjust and adapt following their interests and preferences.

In the 3rd quarter this year, Trendy Home introduces home design for "Family Builders" with Sweet Home 01 and Sweet Home 02 in Modern Farmhouse style with the understanding of mom and kids with spaces to collect equipment as well as spaces for kid's development and family activities. There is also Little Wood model targeting "Retiring Elders" with large spaces and fully equipped with what elders need.
