The gastronomic offer presents an ethnic-inspired menu from 3M (Melbourne, Marrakech and Miami), presenting salmon poke, nachos with guacamole and Puro sandwich Club, together with local flavours like pastas, risotto, fresh fish and seafood. Located in the main hotel building with a terrace overlooking the marina, Ocyan restaurant offers gourmet Mediterranean cuisine, featuring fresh fish and seasonal local ingredients. Smoked spaghetti with clams from the Gulf of Trieste, Cabras bottarga and marjoram; Tortelli with Trieste-style goulash, Montasio soubise sauce and brown reduction; and the Adriatic red mullet, smoked provola, escarole and romesco sauce are some of the signature dishes that showcase the best of local taste. A tasting menu of 3, 4 or 5 courses is also available, together with exclusive wine paring.
