These include donating convenience equipment and funds to four Ronald McDonald House Charities Thailand shelters and supporting families of pediatric patients for the fourth consecutive year.

This year, the goal is to open 10 outlets in five Asian countries with a $1 million investment to stimulate sales in the second half. The strategy involves Experience Marketing, allowing customers to try the products and experience the comfort tailored to their physiques. The company aims to offer the best to every customer and maintains two-way communication to understand and respond to even minor customer needs, which is crucial for adjusting marketing strategies.
Last year, La-Z-Boy Asia received positive feedback from health-conscious customers, leading to satisfactory sales and contributing to the parent company's (La-Z-Boy Incorporated) overall revenue of $2.05 billion.

This year marks the fourth consecutive year of their CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) projects, donating over 200,000 baht in funds and convenience equipment to four Ronald McDonald House Charities Thailand shelters: Queen Sirikit National Institute of Child Health, Nopparat Rajathanee Hospital, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, and Siriraj Hospital. These donations aim to provide accommodation, food, facilities, and hygiene support for the families of patients who travel from other provinces and face difficulties in finding temporary housing, both short-term and long-term, while their children receive treatment, all free of charge, as pediatric patients require close care from their families and often have long treatment periods.
