"Taisho-Tei" Japanese ramen restaurant, which is known for flavorful broth inspired by the regional ramen varieties of Japan, introduces the "Mentaiko Matsuri" menu featuring an array of delicious mentaiko dishes with the authentic taste meticulously created by Japanese chefs. The mentaiko dishes are available from 1 September to 31 December 2024.
"Mentaiko", a premium ingredient known among the Japanese as "Tarako" or cod roe, can be used to create various dishes. "Taisho-Tei" proudly presents six quality mentaiko dishes for everyone to savor, including "Salmon Katsu Mentai Cream Ramen" (299 baht), chewy ramen noodles in mentaiko cream sauce topped with deep-fried salmon that is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, "Ishiyaki Mentai Mayo Gohan" (169 baht), Japanese rice cooked in a hot stone bowl, topped with mentai mayo, "Salmon Katsu Cheese Mentai Mayo" (189 baht), deep-fried salmon topped with mentai mayo sauce, "Salmon Katsu Cheese Mentai Mayo Set" (239 baht), a set of deep-fried salmon with mentai mayo sauce, Japanese rice and soup, "Gyoza Mentai Mayo Cheese" (149 baht), crispy thin-skinned gyoza topped with mentai mayo sauce and flame-seared cheese, and "Gyoza Mentai Mayo" (139 baht). Mentai mayo topping (30 baht) is also available for extra creamy goodness.
