Krungsri (Bank of Ayudhya PCL and its business units) implemented emergency measures to assist Krungsri customers, covering both individual and SME business customers affected by the current flooding situation across various regions of the country.
Mr. Kenichi Yamato, Krungsri President and Chief Executive Officer, said "Krungsri expresses deep sympathy for the people and customers affected by the current flooding in many areas in Thailand. We have actively implemented flood relief measures for both retail and SME customers impacted by flooded. Moreover, Krungsri wishes to extend encouragement to the people in flood-affected areas, hoping they can quickly overcome this situation."
The flood relief measures for customers impacted by flooded comprise:
For customers with personal loans, mortgage loans, and Business Banking loans who are directly and indirectly impacted by flooding:
- Reduction of installment amounts for up to 6 months
- A grace period on principal repayment (interest-only repayment) for up to 3 months
To request assistance measures, visit Krungsri branches nationwide or call 1572 from today until 30 November 2024. The relief period may be extended if the impact persists. Terms and conditions for customer consideration are subject to the Bank's criteria.
For SME business loan customers
- Reduction of installment amounts for up to 6 months
- A grace period on principal repayment (interest-only repayment) for up to 6 months

- Suspension of installment payments for up to 3 months, or
