On June 18, 2024, a land purchase agreement was finalized between S Industrial Estate Co., Ltd., an operator in the industrial estate and infrastructure sector and subsidiary of Singha Estate Public Company Limited, and Unitech PCB (Thailand) Co., Ltd., first tier HDI (High Density Interconnection) PCB maker globally. The agreement involves a 56-rai plot in the S Industrial Estate Angthong, aimed at expanding production capacity. This significant foreign investment highlights Thailand's potential to enhance economic growth and reflects the high standards of eco-friendly industrial park management provided by Singha Estate, including advanced infrastructure and management approaches friendly to the environment, society, and community, to accommodate modern industry. The investment will position Thailand as a global hub for electronic component production, attract key industries such as PCB manufacturers and data centers, and foster connections with other related sectors within the ecosystem.
The signing ceremony was honored and witnessed by Mr. Swaek Prakitritanon, Vice President and Secretary of the Thai Printed Circuit Board Association. The event was led by Mrs.Thitima Rungkwansiriroj, Chief Executive Officer of Singha Estate Public Company Limited, and Mr.Komjohn Leepraphantkul, Managing Director of S Industrial Estate Co., Ltd., with Mr. Lawrence Chang, Chairman of Unitech PCB (Thailand) Co., Ltd., signing the agreement at SUNTOWERS, Bangkok.

Additionally, we have two large wastewater retention ponds with a combined capacity of over 13,000 cubic meters, sludge management systems compliant with Ministry of Industry standards, a 5G telecommunications network, high-speed internet throughout the estate, and comprehensive fire safety measures, including fire hydrants available at all locations and coordination with Chaiyo District fire stations for safety drills and management. Importantly, we also provide a substantial workforce to meet our tenants' needs."

The estate features a 35-meter-wide main road include sidewalk, enhancing transportation convenience.
