Bangkok Dusit Medical Services (BDMS) and Russia's Medsi Group have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to expand cooperation between the two largest private healthcare providers in Thailand and Russia. The agreement was formalized at Medsi Group's headquarters in Moscow. Medsi Group President, Mr. A.G. Sokolov, and BDMS Senior Vice President of International Marketing, Advertising & PR, Mr. Buranut Limjitti, signed the agreement.
The MOU outlines key areas of collaboration including medical cooperation, teleconsultation, second opinion services, continuous care and medical tourism. The partnership seeks to enhance access to high quality international medical services for Russian patients both when they are in Thailand and when they return to Russia.
As Thailand's largest private healthcare system with a network of 58 hospitals together with wellness clinics and a range of non-hospital businesses, BDMS is ideally placed to take care of Russian patients both residents and visitors to Thailand. BDMS has a very strong dominant network of healthcare facilities in the most popular destinations for Russian citizens including Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya and Koh Samui.
