This exclusive event will see our Italian Chef Danilo Aiassa joined by the legendary Executive Chef Fabio Genghini for one special evening, alongside the enchanting performances of FIVERA.
On 19 September 2024, Favola will host a four-hand dinner inspired by the essence of 'La Dolce Vita'. Executive Chef Fabio Genghini, the former culinary mastermind of Favola and now leading Khao Lak Marriott Resort and Spa, will reunite with Chef Danilo Aiassa to create a memorable Italian dining experience. The evening will commence with a Sparkling Reception at 18:00 hrs in the Discovery Courtyard, where guests will enjoy exquisite delights paired with premium beverages while being serenaded by FIVERA's angelic pop-opera performance.
Guests will then continue their culinary journey in the charming, Tuscany-inspired dining rooms, starting with tiger prawns wrapped in Kataifi pasta with burrata cheese and homemade thick spaghetti with pecorino. The main courses feature a collaboration between the two chefs: pistachio-crusted tuna with mashed celeriac by Chef Danilo and lamb chops with olives rosemary anchovy sauce by Chef Fabio. The evening concludes on the picturesque al fresco dining terrace, overlooking the golf course, with an array of desserts including a live station of Zabaglione with hazelnut corn cookies, deep-fried Bigne filled with orange cream, ricotta cheesecake with cherry Amarene, and Zuppa Inglese. Each course will be accompanied by a live pop-opera performance by FIVERA.
