In the Thai Corner, find luscious crab meat in a rich curry in Khao Soi Gai with Crab or perfectly mixed with an assortment of herbs in the Crab Salad with Rice.
Fragrant and flavourful, Paneer Crab Curry and Malai Kofta with Crab are highlighting the Indian Corner. From the Chinese section, diners will have their pick of Fried Rice with Chilean Crab, Egg Noodles smothered in a Creamy Crab Curry, and Cantonese Style Crab and Pork Wonton Soup.

Further adding to the dining experience are six special made-to-order options: Linguine with Caribbean Rock Lobster Meat Sauce, Grilled Hokkaido Scallop with Lobster Sauce, Cheesy Thermidor Gratin Caribbean Rock Lobster, Australian Wagyu Sirloin Beef Steak with Garlic Fresh Herbs and Red Wine Sauce, Grilled Tiger Prawns with Lemon and Caper Butter Sauce, and Australian Lamb Chop with Fresh Herbs and Black Pepper Sauce.
