Raimon Land Public Company Limited (RML) has confirmed its readiness to fulfill bond repayments due in January 2025, totaling THB 523.4 million. The company will settle Bond Series 1/2022, Tranche 3, valued at THB 206.9 million, on January 15, 2025. Additionally, two other bonds?Series 1/2024, Tranches 1 and 3?amounting to THB 316.5 million, will be repaid in full on January 22, 2025. RML also announced its plan to launch new projects in 2025, in line with its robust cash flow management and growth strategy.

Funds raised from previous bond issuances have been utilized efficiently and strategically, strengthening our financial position and supporting the development of new projects aligned with RML's growth strategy.
