Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited has been recognized in the Top 1% for Sustainability within the Oil & Gas Refining and Marketing Industry in The Sustainability Yearbook 2025, following the 2024 S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA).
Mr. Chaiwat Kovavisarach, Group Chief Executive Officer and President of Bangchak Corporation, stated, "Bangchak has achieved the highest sustainability ranking in our industry worldwide (Top 1%) in The Sustainability Yearbook 2025. Based on the 2024 assessment, we attained a total score of 85 out of 100, with the highest scores (Best Dimension) in Governance and Environment. Additionally, we have been honored as an Industry Mover, recognized for demonstrating the most significant sustainability progress among 43 global companies in our sector."
In addition to its excellence in the refinery and marketing businesses, Bangchak has been recognized at the highest global level for its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance by S&P Global CSA, the organization responsible for the Sustainability Yearbook
and a leading ESG assessment authority that also administers the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI). In 2024, 7,690 companies from 62 industries worldwide underwent the assessment, and Bangchak has been evaluated by S&P Global CSA for 10 consecutive years, reinforcing its position as a global leader in sustainability.
