MSpa International is pleased to announce the appointment of Dee McGuinness as the Group Director of Spa & Wellness- Asia. In this pivotal role, Dee will be responsible for creating the business strategy to develop Minor's Spa and Wellness brands globally whilst overseeing operations with a strong focus on driving commercial performance and enhancing guest experiences.
Dee is an accomplished commercial leader with over 20 years of experience in the global luxury hospitality industry sector with renowned brands such as Mandarin Oriental, Gulf Hotel Group, Belmond, Baglioni Hotels and Resorts, and Nikko Hotels. In 2018 Dee transitioned into the wellness sector as a consultant for Fast Track Ltd. and later at Biogenic Wellness, where she demonstrated her innovative approach to brand strategy, product development and commercial leadership. Before joining Minor Hotels, Dee was Global Commercial Director at Maxx Royal Resorts, where she developed the commercial and trade marketing strategy that positioned the brand internationally.
