Following the earthquake in Myanmar on 28 March 2025, which also impacted several provinces in Thailand, including Bangkok, Bangchak Group promptly responded to the situation and recognized the urgent needs of those affected.
Since 30 March, Bangchak has been actively supporting relief efforts by providing Inthanin beverages to rescue workers, volunteers, and personnel involved at the building collapse site in Chatuchak District. Fuel cards were also distributed to several rescue organizations, including the Gun Jom Palang Chuay Su Foundation, the Goodness Organization, the Heart to Heart Rescue Group, and the Disaster Response Association of Thailand?all of whom were engaged in search and rescue operations.
On the evening of 28 March, Bangchak also delivered drinking water to Rajavithi Hospital to help alleviate the emergency situation.
In addition, Bangchak supplied diesel fuel to two AIS mobile units operating at the scene to support communication services for both officials and the public. These vehicles also assisted in detecting signals from victims who may have been trapped beneath the debris. To further strengthen rescue operations, Bangchak provided power boxes to the K9 USAR Thailand team, ensuring uninterrupted communication throughout the mission.
Bangchak Group extends our deepest condolences to the families and those who have lost their loved ones and sends heartfelt support and concern to everyone affected by this earthquake.
