
Thai Credit Bank Public Company Limited reinforced its commitment to promoting financial literacy in Thai society by launching "Nong Tang To," the mascot for the Tang To Know-how project, along with announcing the "Financial Learning Festival with Tang To Know-how 2025" under the campaign "Less Debt, More Wealth, Business Health" to drive financial skill development for small entrepreneurs and the general public at YES Bangplee Shopping Center.
"Nong Tang To" is the official mascot for Thai Credit Bank's Tang To Know-how project, which will serve as a symbol in delivering financial knowledge aimed at creating financial understanding in an accessible and friendly format. The mascot will represent the bank in conveying knowledge and creating financial inspiration for all target groups, from small entrepreneurs to the general public.
The "Financial Learning Festival with Tang To Know-how 2025" under the "Less Debt, More Wealth, Business Health" campaign will provide training to small entrepreneurs across all regions of the country through Thai Credit Bank's 267 learning centers and through training sessions in market areas in every region. This ensures small entrepreneurs can conveniently access financial knowledge, focusing on developing three key skills: efficient debt management, building saving discipline and emergency funds, and developing business management skills and modern technology utilization to address the rising household debt problems and build sustainable financial security.
The launch event was honored by the attendance of high-level executives and key partners, led by Mr.Winyou Chaiyawan, Chairman of the Executive Committee of Thai Credit Bank, Mr. Kamolphu Phuredithsakul, Deputy Managing Director of Micro Finance Business and Lending Branch Management Group, along with Mr. Parinya Thammawattana, Chief Executive Officer of Ying Charoen Bangplee Co., Ltd., and Mr. Panom Ketnakorn, Senior Permanent Secretary, Special Expertise Administrative Officer as well as executives and representatives from the Thai Market Association, and executives from the School of Accountancy at the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce.
The event also provided financial knowledge and skills training to over 100 small entrepreneurs to enhance their financial capabilities and sustainable business development, aligning with the bank's mission of focusing on supporting everyone's access to financial services at all levels, especially groups that cannot access credit services in the formal system.
