This strategic move ensures stable rental income for the REIT, with a total contract value exceeding 4.617 billion baht. The event took place on April 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM via electronic media, hosted at the IMPACT Forum Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani.
The approval aims to ensure sustainable rental income from IMPACT Growth REIT's key assets, particularly IMPACT Arena, Thailand's largest indoor concert venue. With high demand from both domestic and international artists, IMPACT Arena is a vital revenue driver for the REIT. Under the lease agreement, ILN will oversee modernization efforts without requiring REIT investment, enhancing its competitiveness and market share.
IMPACT Live Nation Co., Ltd. (ILN) is a joint venture between IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. and Live Nation Entertainment (LN), a global leader in concerts, events, and venue management. Live Nation has been a major revenue contributor to IMPACT Arena and will continue to host world-class concerts and events at the venue.
