To date, fewer than 2,000 projects worldwide have earned this prestigious certification. CBRE Thailand's office at One City Centre is now the seventh WELL-certified project in Thailand and only the second in the country to achieve Platinum status.
Following CBRE's achievement of LEED Gold Certification in 2024, the WELL Platinum Certification further highlights the company's unwavering commitment to creating healthier workplaces and reducing environmental impact. These near-term targets support CBRE's overarching goal of achieving net zero emissions across its entire value chain by 2040.
