Central SiRacha Unveils New Cultural Landmark - The Japanese Shinto Shrine of Light, Success & Prosperity

Central Pattana Plc., Thailand's leading real estate developer for sustainability and operator of Central Si Racha, invites the public to visit and worship at the "Shinto Shrine Si Racha" The shrine, located at the Semi Outdoor zone on the 1st floor of Central Sriracha, is built in accordance with traditional Japanese Shinto beliefs and aims to serve as a spiritual anchor for the Japanese community in the area. It represents the spiritual home of guardian deities that protect the safety of Sriracha, and is positioned as a new cultural tourism landmark for the province.

The shrine houses two sacred deities according to Japanese belief: Amaterasu Omikami, the supreme sun goddess symbolizing light, kindness, truth, and harmony; and Ukanomitama no Kami, the goddess of prosperity and abundance. Upon entering the shrine, visitors will pass through the Torii gate, which symbolizes the transition into a sacred space that bridges the human world and the realm of the gods. Within the peaceful atmosphere of the Heiden, visitors can offer their respects, while the inner sanctuary or Honden enshrines the Goshintai, the sacred object believed to house the spirit of the deity. The shrine is not only a place of worship but also a cultural beacon, reflecting the beauty of Japanese tradition within the modern setting of Central Sriracha.
