“Tsu” Introduce Aki’s New Creation menu for Spring JW Marriott Bangkok

Tsu, the contemporary — traditional Japanese Restaurant, introduces Aki’s new creation menu for spring. All menus are exclusively create by new Head Chef Akihiro Izumi, who has many years of experience in traditional Japanese cuisine both in Japan and out side Japan. Combining vast experiences in Japanese cuisine with a traditional Japanese cooking technique, all menus are not just great taste but superb in presentation.
Menus include:
- Sashimi New Wave — five varieties of raw fish (Toro, Tuna, Salmon, Yellow Tail and Tai) served with five difference sauces
- Sweet Soy Chicken — combining three ways of cooking that make the chicken soft and tender
- Matsusaka Lover’s Rolls — made from the finest Japanese Matsuzaka beef served with Japanese style’s garlic jelly
- Marinated Salmon — using the Japanese traditional cooking way - “Nanbanzuke” (marinated), served with wasabi mayonnaise sauce.
- Crunchy Roll California Style — a Tempura roll with sweet and spicy sauce.
- Sauteed-Snow Fish — feel the harmony of Snow Fish and Miso Paste and you will fall in love with it !!
Tsu is located in the Lower Lobby Floor of the JW Marriott Bangkok. Open daily for lunch and dinner from 11.30 am to 2.30 pm and 6.00 pm to 10.30 pm. Reservation at Tsu or Nami Restaurant is strongly recommended, please call 02 656 7709.
