Ford Thailand today reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction as the company and one of its top dealers Ford P.V.K. Hadyai jointly celebrated the grand opening of the latest Ford showroom in Hat Yai, Songkhla province. The new showroom opening ceremony was presided over by the governor of Songkhla province.

Ford P.V.K. Hadyai joined and strengthened Ford Thailand’s dealership network in the year 1997 and has grown significantly since then. Today, the company is one of Ford’s top performing dealers with five branches in the southern region, including two in Hat Yai, one in Natavee, and one in Sadao districts, and the present new showroom in Hat Yai again. Ford P.V.K. Hadyai’s sales remarkably increased from 357 units in 2001 to 700 units in 2005, placing the dealership in the third ranking for Ford Ranger sales and sixth ranking in total Ford vehicle sales.
The new Ford P.V.K. Hadyai showroom is located on a 2.5-rai plot in Hat Yai district. The facility has 15 service bays and a capacity to service 700 vehicles per month. The showroom has an excellent spare parts supply for ensuring a timely and reliable service to customers.
Built in accordance with the standard Brand@Retail concept, the new Ford P.V.K. Hadyai showroom is designed to offer a superior and uniform sales experience to customers. The showroom is clearly demarcated into sales, service and vehicle display areas accentuating the systematic layout and customer friendliness. All Ford vehicles are on display for customers to see, feel and test drive before making the final purchase decision.
