“Tsu” Introduces Aki’s New Creation Menu JW Marriott Bangkok

Bangkok--7 Sep--JW Marriott Bangkok’s
Tsu, the contemporary — traditional Japanese Restaurant, introduces Aki’s new creation menu available from now until November 30th, 2006. All menus are exclusively created by Tsu’s Head Chef Akihiro Izumi, who has many years of experiences in traditional Japanese cuisine both in Japan and outside Japan. Combining vast experiences in Japanese cuisine with a traditional Japanese cooking technique, all menus are not just great taste but superb in presentation.
Menus include:
- Matsusaka Lover’s Rolls — made from the finest Japanese Matsuzaka beef served with Japanese style’s garlic jelly
- Sparkey Rolls — chopped Blue Fin Tuna, Japanese Yellow Tail and cucumber rolls, served with homemade spicy miso sauce
- Crunchy Roll — a new style Tempura roll with sweet and spicy sauce
- Spicy Blue Fin Tuna Salad — serve with Japanese Seaweed and Vegetable
- Chef Aki’s Style Hokkaido Taraba Crab Tempura — cold water crab tempura serve with creamy spicy sauce and nuts
- Grilled Chicken with Black Pepper and Wasabi Sauce
- Deep Fried Snow Fish with Saikyo Miso Sauce — feel the harmony of Snow Fish and Miso Paste and you will fall in love with it !!
Tsu is located on the Lower Lobby Floor of the JW Marriott Bangkok. Open daily for lunch and dinner from 11.30 am to 2.30 pm and 6.00 pm to 10.30 pm. Reservation is highly recommended, please call 02 656 7709.
