Tata Motors dealership, Bandonpiya Cars Co Ltd in Surat Thani recently opened a new showroom and standard service centre to further penetrate the commercial vehicle market while strengthening customers’ trust and satisfaction in the Tata brand.
“We’re committed to building brand and product recognition to extend our products to people who need vehicles for transport and commercial purposes,” said Abhichet Sitakalin, Director of Sales and Customer Care, Tata Motors (Thailand).
“Extending our distribution network enables us to provide quality post-sales services to satisfy our customers and encourage more public interest in Tata vehicles.
“With the cooperation with our dealer Bandonpiya Cars in Suratthani province, we open a new showroom and service centre with the same standard as other Tata service points. It will provide the best service for our customers, and welcome interested members of the public to see and test-drive our vehicles.”
The new showroom represents an investment of 50 million baht and covers an area of 3,200 square metres on Liang Mueang Road in Amphoe Mueang district of Surat Thani.
“Tata is a relatively new brand in the Thai automobile market, and its commercial vehicles are different from the competitors,” Supaporn Longduriyang, President of Bandonpiya Cars.
