General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time At 0400 a.m. today (5 Oct 2010), the tropical depression over Laos was downgraded to a low cell covering Laos and Vietnam. This cause more rain and isolated heavy rain over the upper northeastern Thailand, people should beware of heavy rain and storage water for used in the dry season coming up.
The monsoon trough lies across southern and eastern. Torrential rain and heavy falls remain much of over lower central, eastern and southern Thailand. People along hill slope near waterways and in lowland are warned of severe weather and possible flash flood during the period. The disaster areas include of Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Samut Sakhon, Samut Songkhram, Phetchaburi and Prachuap Khiri Khan.
