General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf affect scattered rain over the country. The strong wind waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats in the Andaman Sea keep ashore during 20-21 June 2012.
