General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The rather strong southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand affect scattered rain over the windward sides of the North Central and the East. The strong wind waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats in the Andaman Sea keep ashore during this period.
