A decrease in temperature with cool weather is possible over northern, northeastern, central and eastern Thailand. Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon grows stronger and lead to more rain along the south eastern coast with isolated rain and the stronger wind-wave in the Gulf during 9-11 November.
