General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time During 9-11 Nov, 2010 the ridge of rather intense high pressure has extended to upper Thailand. Cool weather and 1-2 ?C drops. The northeast monsoon prevails over the South and the Gulf of Thailand has strengthened. The monsoon trough lies across the lower of southern Thailand. Increasing in rains and heavy rain in many areas are likely in the South from Chumphon southward. People in the areas should beware of heavy rain. Wind-wave in the Gulf has rather strong. All ships in the areas should proceed with caution during the period.
