General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time A ridge of high pressure covers upper Thailand and moderate northeast monsoon prevails over the south and the Gulf of Thailand. These cause cool weather in North, Northeast, Central and East while scattered rain with heavy rain some area in South such as Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Trang and Satun provinces. People living near waterways and in lowland should beware of flash flood during 1-2 days. Moderate wind-wave in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf’s Thailand are likely. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats still keep ashore today.
