General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The ridge of rather intense high pressure area from China has covered upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Cooler weather with 1-3o C drops is expected in the Northeast for the first period and then the other regions.
The northeast monsoon prevails over the South and the Gulf will strengthen during 15-17 November. More rain and isolated heavy fall are likely over southern east coast with the stronger wind-wave in the Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution.
