The moderate northeast monsoon prevails over the South and the Gulf during 16-17 November. Scattered rain and isolated heavy fall are likely over southern east coast such as Chumphon southward. People should beware of heavy rain during 1-2 days with the moderate wind-wave in the Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution.
