The moderate northeast monsoon prevails over the South and the Gulf’ Thailand bring heavy rain some area in the South (east-coast) and rather strong wind-wave in the Gulf’s are likely. During 19-22 Nov, these high pressure and northeast monsoon will weaken. But still cool weather and morning fog in the upper Thailand are likely while decreasing rain in South and weak wind-wave in the Gulf. Warning During 16-17 Nov, people who live in Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Srithumarat and Pattalung provinces should beware of flooding conditions. All ships in the Gulf should proceed with caution.
