"Strong wind-wave in the South China Sea and the lower Gulf"

The ridge of nearly intense high pressure area from China still covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea. This causes the active northeast monsoon prevailing over the South China Sea and the lower Gulf with wave of 2-4 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats in the areas keep ashore during 3-4 days. Torrential rain and heavy fall are expected much of the south east coast from SongKhla southward. People in risky areas along foothills and waterways are warned of flash flood during this period.
