General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The ridge of rather intense high pressure covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Northeastern, central and eastern Thailand sees a decrease in temperature with cold weather and windy while the south has strong wind-wave. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore the lower Gulf of Thailand during this period.

The westerly trough will move across upper north of Thailand and brings rain for the first period and then a decrease in temperature.

Cold to very cold on mountaintops, minimum temperature 4-8 C.

Northeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr.

Central Part Cool, 1-2 C drops with windy, minimum temperature 16-17 C.

Cold on mountain ranges, minimum temperature 12-14 C.

Eastern Part Cool, 1-2 C drops with windy. Minimum temperature 16-20 C.
