During 24-27 Jan, another ridge of intense high pressure area from China will extend to northeastern Thailand and the South China Sea. Cooler weather is continually in upper Thailand and 1-3 oC drops. The northeast monsoon prevails over southern and the Gulf will strengthen. Increasing in rainfalls and isolated heavy rain are likely in the South East Coast. Wind wave in the lower Gulf with 2-3 meters.
Warning During 21-23 Jan, all forms of transport in upper Thailand should beware of visibility. During 24-27 Jan, all ships in the Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore during the period.
